Issues with the cable modem/internet

If you get nowhere on the phone, which most people do not get anywhere, go to the office on DW.. You need to go face to face with these people to get anywhere. Once you are up and running, go back there and they will credit you for a month of cable modem service.

Hmm, what did they do for you when you went face 2 face??
(Besides the credit). How did they get you back online? Everytime I call they tell me its only a few more hours ...

Go in there.. Demand that a service tech comes to your house either today or tomorrow.. speak to Sue, in addition, go postal on them, they need some fire under their _ _ _ _ _ !!!
