An Eye-Opening Reality

Consider this waste junkies.......

As of this moment THE most expensive method of waste disposal per ton available to MMK residents is.......the MMK Transfer Station. Hands down, not even close. And its going to get get worse once the new tipping fees are in place.

Think about this for a minute, especially from the perspective of those who do not use the TS. Not only are they receiving no benefit from it AND paying for those who do use it, the per ton rates they are subsidizing are likely TWICE the amount they would be if those TS users simply went to private CS. To drive the point home.........

Rather than paying for the operation of the transfer station to accommodate the waste delivered by a segment of single family homes........IT WOULD BE CHEAPER FOR THE OTHER SINGLE FAMILY HOMES, CONDO OWNERS AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OWNERS WHO RECEIVE NO BENEFIT FROM THE TRANSFER STATION TO PAY FOR PRIVATE COLLECTION OF WASTE FOR THAT SEGMENT. ON A PER TON BASIS IT IS NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE.

Again.....think about what this means. On a small scale it means it would be less expensive to call Houle and have him pick up Dennis' waste than it is to have Dennis drive it to the TS himself and have the town deal with it.

People, if this doesn't cause you to pause then nothing will. Argument over. The end. Dennis......you're right, I am great. :D

O-V-E-R

K-A-P-U-T

Again, for Dennis' benefit.......

It would be cheaper for those funding the TS but not using it, by far the largest segment of the taxpaying, hard working, struggling families and job-creating businesses to hire private CURBSIDE for current users of the TS than it is for these same groups to fund the TS now and in the future. Much cheaper.

The end.

No....I was noting how you haven't any answer to this.....and apparently still don't given that you've obviously read it but elect to discuss me rather than the topic. :D :D

PS - and MMK apparently hasn't moved on.

PS2 - You are the last person on the planet to be offering advice on....well just about everything but absolutely anything relating to mental stability.
