Odd answer?

I found Obama's answer on abortion to be odd. This interchange took place last evening.

Asked at what point a baby gets “human rights,” Obama, who strongly supports abortion rights, said: “… whether you’re looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity … is above my pay grade.”

McCain gave a very odd answer last night.

McCain sidestepped a question on who he defined as "rich." At first, he said that he considered anything more than $5 million in income to be "rich," but later he said it doesn't matter what he thinks.

I just wish Obama would not dodge difficult questions. When he and even local politicians avoid difficult questions, it breeds cynicism. I suspect Obama’s performance will hurt him with voters of faith.
