Development near the Outlets

Postby Speeder » Mon Sep 24, 2012 3:41 pm

Does anyone know what restaurants will be going on the outlet mall parcel? I have seen the construction from Industrial Dr but not sure what it will be. I'm assuming it will be some sort of chain type, like Chili's or TGI Fridays.

Also there's some construction on Continental across from the Industrial intersection. Looks like maybe a gas station??

On the Mall property, I heard the restaurants will be a Qdoba, Starbucks, and maybe a pizza/sub type place with the building next to it being a bank (DCU?). I heard the one on the blvd is another Dunks.

on the sign near the new DD (behind the MVD building) only part of it is DD - the other is for rent.

I heard that DCU is moving over to the mall area - not sure which one of those buildings part way up the driveway they will be in.

Thanks for the replies. I was sort of hoping for some real restaurants up on the hill, but I guess it's not meant to be.

And another DD, yay. Just what we need, more watered down coffee and 1000-calorie muffins.

I have had several people breathlessly ask me if it was true that a CheeseCake Factory is being proposed. The answer is NO!! Again, NO(!) Cheese Cake Factory. :D
