Nashua Telegraph this afternoon:
MERRIMACK – The auction of a retired Merrimack landmark, expected this week, has been postponed until November, according to a local auction house.
The former site of Zyla’s, the discount retail and auction center that closed three years ago, was scheduled to be auctioned off Thursday, But the auction has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 15, according to Paul McInnis Inc., the auction and real estate company hired to oversee the sale.
The property, still owned by the Zyla’s family, consists of two lots and the warehouse buildings on them. Together, the lots, located at 526 and 534 Daniel Webster Highway, total about 12.5 acres.
Zyla’s closed in 2008 after 50 years in operation.
