If you can't take the heat, you shouldn't be in the kitchen, It's a reasonable question to ask.

I am still tyring to figure out why ANYONE gets any type of raise even if it's ONLY 1%. Many of us haven't had a raise in three years and some don't even have a job. I would say they should be grateful to have a job and forget any increases in salary.
